Official Clark County criminal records must be requested from the office that created or maintains them. The contacts below route court files, police records, jail information, and statewide history to the proper Clark County or Washington custodian. This privately operated reference is not a government office and cannot retrieve, certify, change, or file records.

  • District Court criminal files: Clark County District Court, 210 E. 13th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660; (564) 397-2424; weekdays 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with phones closed noon-1:00 p.m.
  • Sheriff reports and warrants: Clark County Sheriff's Office Criminal Records Unit, 707 W. 13th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660; (564) 397-2211; weekdays 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Current booking and custody information: Clark County Jail Records, 707 W. 13th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660; (564) 397-4996, available around the clock for custody information. The jail lobby is open weekdays 8:00-11:45 a.m. and 12:45-4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
  • Statewide public conviction history: Washington State Patrol Criminal Records Division through WATCH; criminal-history help is available at (360) 534-2000, option 5.
  • Police incident reports: contact the Clark County city police department, Sheriff's Office, Washington State Patrol, or other agency that created the report.

Court case records follow judicial access rules and do not come through the Sheriff's Office. Police reports do not come from the ordinary court-copy process. Asking for the exact record and giving the case or incident number helps the correct Clark County office locate it.
